Coming from out of town and need a hotel?

You can snag rooms at the Holiday Inn Cambridge for a special rate of $132–152/night. This may be a 15-minute drive from the conference venues, but these rooms are like gold because hotels within walking distance of the conference venues are now booked!

Cancellation policy and ticket transfers

If you need to cancel before September 1, you'll receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Sorry, no refunds after September 1.

You may transfer your ticket to someone else at any time, without penalty. Please let us know if this happens, so our registration records are up to date and we don't turn them away at the door. :-)

All the speakers on Fluxible's program have confirmed their talks and workshops. However, life happens, right? We reserve the right to make changes if necessary. But rest assured it'll remain awesome, because we already have a lineup of great speakers ready to step up if necessary.
